The EU-Africa Infrastructure Trust Fund (ITF) Mid-Term Evaluation
Article 9.3 of the Trust Fund Agreement foresees that the ITF shall benefit from an independent Mid-Term Evaluation (MTE).
This MTE took place between June 2011 and June 2012, concluding with the delivery of a final report assessing the performance of the ITF and presenting recommendations.
The African Union Commission commented on the content of the Final Report.
The Executive Committee of the ITF issued a Fiche Contradictoire on the recommendation of the Mid-Term Evaluation of the EU-Africa Infrastructure Trust Fund modified as per the discussion held during the 25th Executive Committee Meeting. The Fiche Contradictoire identifies the specific actions the Executive Committee agreed to be taken on these recommendations, the associated actors and an indicative calendar for their implementation.
